      Pros

      Travel opportunities. Great coworkers. Interesting client base.

      Cons

      Leadership team only looks for “yes” people. Despite what they say, they want doers, not independent thinkers. There are no opportunities for real career growth, especially if you are not a white male. Many people have left the company due to lack of growth opportunities, being overworked and lack of transparency. Executive leadership team says all the right words, but actions rarely match, which results in nothing but gaslighting.

      Good Salary and good benefits

      Cons

      Main reason for leaving was management was extremely difficult to work for. Micro-managing, unsupportive, and could be very mean. Instant anxiety and dread wake up to go to work every morning.
