- I’ve met the best coworkers I’ve ever had here! Staff are amazing, many faculty are great, and student assistants are awesome. - The students are so talented, smart, and enthusiastic. - Great health, vision, and dental benefits - Represented by a union

Cons

- Administration both causes and contributes to lack of progress and suffering in this environment. It feels like nothing can be done here to improve workflow or processes. - Pay is incredibly low, especially for this area of New York. You have to drive quite a while to find affordable housing on the salaries provided. - Huge divides between civil service staff, professional staff, and faculty. We are not a united body and there is preferential treatment.
