No real benefit to working here - Administrative Assistant Purchase College Employee Review

I took my current job knowing the pay was bad, but I wrongly assumed there would be more flexibility to make up for that. Once we got back from the pandemic, the school basically tried to pretend like remote work didn't exist. I'm planning on leaving the school soon. I've already found a remote opportunity that pays better.
