You deserve to be judged on the merits of your work and the impact you have on students. Instead, your ability to kowtow to the school's administrators is the measure you are judged by. You deserve to have your experiences of discrimination, bullying and harassment taken seriously and to see the offending parties removed. Instead you face retaliation for speaking up, while the administration shields offenders. Faculty, staff and students have all shouted these complaints at the tops of their lungs for years, yet the school does little to address them.
