      Great employees. Very intellectually simulating environment. Has been a great place to start my career. A good mix of hands on and theoretical experience.

      More geared toward those hoping to stay in academia, but can still be very beneficial to those looking to leave academia after graduating.

      Flexible schedule, pension plan is available. Work for an excellent employer in higher education.

      Cons

      Some departments have lowpay rates. Nepotism is practiced and it’s not clear if this is allowed per university policy.
