      Pros

      Great in the sciences, engineering, technology, and agriculture. Lots of opportunities to move to different areas within the university.

      Cons

      Can be bureaucratic at times and have too many meetings. This is the case of all institutions of higher education though I believe.

      Great collaborative research program with a lot of resources.

      Location is inconvenient. Not much going on besides the university.
