Pros
The benefits they provide are awesome. Sometimes they reward you with a lunch or a little party. Easy work. I have my weekends free and it is possible to take a vacation day when one needs a break from the place.
Cons
No real advancement opportunity. Don't really get to get promoted unless you happen to know someone who will keep a lookout for you. The pay isn't great at all. For some of the things you have to deal with, the pay and the fact that you can't really advance makes it hard to want to stay. Human Resources is a joke! You go to them for help, but they are all about the talk and not about actually doing something for you. Went to get information about what positions are available and the best way I could get my foot in the door and the lady said she would get back to me and has never done so. Any mention of them providing a class or making it possible to move up is just pushed aside. Pretty sad and highly annoying.
