      Pros

      Everyone at Purdue is exceedingly nice, friendly, and helpful, and the overall culture is very positive and inclusive. My boss truly cared about me and my career advancement. The benefits (health insurance, paid time off, tuition stipend, etc.) were outstanding. As with many university jobs, there are many advantages to working/living in a college town.

      Cons

      Salary was below average for my field and experience level, but the benefits and overall good atmosphere more than compensated for that.
