Pros
The relationships I have built, the monetary and educational benefits, the real-life experience I gained were like nothing I could have gained from any other university or organization. All of my best friends came out of me having this job and attending this university. It has much beneficial change and the position can be what you make it.
Cons
It is a lot of work, and sometimes you must supervise people who are older or more experienced than you.
