Pros
Friendly coworkers, a commitment to providing excellent education and labs for students, department management pushes for more resources in a tough budget climate, ability to work creatively
Cons
Out of date facilities make setting up for labs difficult. Students complain that the department isn't committed to their education when in reality, they have no control over the out of date building. Bad air quality, mold growth etc... Don't work here if you have allergies.
