Pros
It was a great opportunity to learn and develop leadership, and communication skill. It helped to improve my organizing skill and will be a great experience in my future career in academia.
Cons
It was overwhelming at times. Literally had to do everything for the class, eg. teaching, making quizzes, exams, grading although it is a teaching assistant position.
