      Pros

      Willing to work with you around your course schedule. They were usually very supportive when their employees required time off.

      Cons

      My supervisor didn't seem to believe in giving people a pat on the back. All employees were treated as easily replaceable drones.

      Pros

      Great benefits and job security. Large organization with plenty of opportunity for lateral moves, try new jobs, and get promoted.

      Cons

      Perhaps too much emphasis and love for the invention of AI.
