      Great place to do sciecne and attend a learning curve. It has great scieientific minds and equipments.

      Pay range is lower, it doesn't match regular 5% inflation

      Pros

      The benefits are fine, but not amazing. There are lots of nice aspects to working on campus. I like the library access.

      Cons

      Pay is not that great and there is the weird effect of state politics on operations.
