Pros
I have worked at puroclean for 2 years. Company is a franchise, worker experience depends on who their boss is at which location. Mine is pretty good, get paid alot for bio work.
Cons
Some weeks we had nothing to do, other weeks we were swamped and talking about needing more employees, but thats just how the industry is i guess. Pay is pretty low for the amount of work we do compared to say, a factory job. Also no upward mobility, most purocleans are one franchise owner(boss) and 2 to 10 techs who do all the manual labor. you top out at about 17$ per hour if you are the best of the best tech.
