Cons
The owners are thieves that only think about themselves and how they can make the most money off the sucker customers. They treat employees rudely, unfair wages, not all the proper safety equipment, etc. The owners will cut every corner while on job sites to make more money, claiming there's a problem when there isn't, not doing the job all the way right, I could go on. Never work here Google Reviews still available to look from former employees: "Terrible people most manipulating and fraudulent people I've ever met . no one has the correct safety equipment and employees not paid overtime . every way they could break a law and rule for ethical business is broken" "I was told from the owner in Pineville North Carolina that there is no overtime pay, just a flat rate of pay. The owner informed me that he's paying me for travel time between jobs and that's why there's no overtime . Later I found out from working with another Restoration company Servpro that I was supposed to get overtime and travel time, so it does exist. Also there's no vacation time, sick time, personal time or any other type of compensation that existed, even after about two years of employment. I hope not all puroclean are all the same. FYI they don't do background checks on all of their employees."
