Cons
Poor upper management Training is provided only if they think your worthy Back office is completely unmanaged and will mess up on your work orders and timesheets and will constantly blame you. Your training will come with a contract saying on 4 month course requires 2 years of service at the company or else your must pay them every dollar even at the 1yr 364th day mark. They hire an outside company for labor that the labour's with no experience get paid twice as much as you do and your their handler of 1 person for 14 people. Overload of paper work and forms. You are on call 24/7 and they use it and your sleep schedule will highly suffer with 6 days of hard labor on 6 hours of divided sleep
