- Scope of works and times are out of pocket - They will trespass your workers rights, EX: forcing someone to work OT without 24hr notice, and allow the emergency manager to berate them. - The managers have no sense of the Privacy Act in Canada. So all your personal info about your life are shared amongst all front staff and some favored back staff - They will personally take out things on you through work. - The turn over rate is wild and they cannot keep good people. - they are not safe at all, and have put people in really bad positions to get jobs done. EX: Not securing a fire job structurally for the crew to be safe. Removing burnt trusses and places a roof during winter. Asbestos sampling done improperly and still going ahead with demo without real results - the oncall schedule is never up on time and constantly changing without consideration - The branch manager is highly innapropriate with how involved in others lives they become. EX : telling a PMs daughter about private information of staff and their wages, because Branch manager considered them to be a "daughter" - Some of the leads are yes people and do not care about the safety of their crew to refuse unsafe work. They cater to management, which leaves other employees feeling unsure of speaking up
