Pros
We can have full command on project which we are working. It is really good thing to learn new skills and apply our own knowledge. Work environment is very good. Management will conduct so many events to give relief for employee. Leads and colleague will help a lot.
Cons
Work wise everything good and conducting events in office is very good but before giving hikes every one will get fear. Please don't create insecure feeling for the employee.
