Pros

Opportunities for growth if you are willing to put the work in. Fast paced, always work to do so the days fly by. Overall, good camaraderie amongst the team. Flexible with scheduling and offers overtime if you could use the extra money. Ability to set your own schedule. Great mentors. Leadership is empathetic because they have experience in the front line of support.

Cons

Understaffed, the company isn’t willing to spend on resources but would rather outsource. Offices are outdated and depressing.

Getting to call out, and you can waste so much time at work

Cons

Only benifiting to males, every female there gets underpaid, and some males too. Unless they speak up. but even then it’s a battle for fair pay. As a young female welder I was getting paid 20/hr when none other my other male coworkers were getting paid that low. Even after 3 attempts to talk to them for fair pay
