Pros

There is nothing good about this company other than the starting pay.

Cons

Where do I begin. The supervisor for the forge. Does nothing but harass and try to intimate employees and when brought to the attention of the HR department or other management they kick you to the side as if you shouldn't of even wasted your time. Their is no room for advancement they talk to you and treat you like your not even a person. I don't know who the safety supervisor there is but they have got to be the worst safety supervisor I've ever met. They take no down time whatsoever to fix and repair equipment instead they risk there employees lives by making us to on the fly repairs just to get the machines running. Its a complete disaster there and management doesn't care to acknowledge it or care to help make it better. They don't give you proper safety gear. They don't care if , when, or how you get hurt. I've never worked in a forge where they don't give you flame retardant overalls for work. It's funny because they tell you they gave you all this and then when you start working there they refuse to get you the proper safety gear. You need to do your job. This company is a disgrace to the manufacturing field disgrace. Their training program does not exist by any means. They do not trait you on anything necessary to do your job correctly and or safely. This company does not care about their employees does not care about the quality of their parts. This company does not care about anything other than bringing a dollar to their company. Even if it's at the cost of the people that work for them.

Pros

Getting to call out, and you can waste so much time at work

Cons

Only benifiting to males, every female there gets underpaid, and some males too. Unless they speak up. but even then it’s a battle for fair pay. As a young female welder I was getting paid 20/hr when none other my other male coworkers were getting paid that low. Even after 3 attempts to talk to them for fair pay
