I'm sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify an important point, I have not, and will not, ask staff or leaders to write positive reviews. Doing so would be opposed to our culture focused on feedback, continually improving & over-communicating. One takeaway for me from this review is to more clearly communicate why we make the changes that we do, especially the really hard one you mentioned.
