Pros

Unfortunately, there are no pros worth mentioning. The positive points you see in other reviews are largely written by employees who have been pressured to submit 5-star Glassdoor reviews in order to drown out feedback from employees who have been mistreated.

Cons

Pushpay is the only place I've ever seen a massive layoff during a period of substantial growth, and the only reason was that they wanted to target larger customers. The sales staff who were laid off could have at least been given a chance to sell to larger customers, but Pushpay management does not follow the golden rule as their employees are instructed to do.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify an important point, I have not, and will not, ask staff or leaders to write positive reviews. Doing so would be opposed to our culture focused on feedback, continually improving & over-communicating. One takeaway for me from this review is to more clearly communicate why we make the changes that we do, especially the really hard one you mentioned. As your review shows, even though it happened awhile ago, it has a lasting impact. I'd love to connect if you're up for it. Feel free to email me at chris.heaslip@pushpay.com

Pros

Great team communication, good support, solid leadership. Overall, a great place to work.

Cons

The product is very good in some spots, but is constantly being refined. Additionally, sometimes changes can be made pretty fast, which can leave the team feeling winded.
