UI/UX (Product) Designers Beware! - Product Designer Pushpay Employee Review

They seem to give great people the runaround when it comes to pay increases so I suggest you only accept a job here if you believe the salary is competitive and you would be happy with it for 3 years. It's a sales-driven, top-down corporate company that wants to save money, not give it to their employees. If you're looking for autonomy and transparency with leadership, go work for a smaller company. If you don't care so much about that and you like the salary or you're just trying to get some experience, it can definitely be a good place to work.
