Poor compensation - Anonymous employee Pushpay Employee Review

No raise for 4 years. With inflation being the worst it’s ever been in 4 years having a cost of living adjustment would have made a big difference. Also, our goals are constantly being moved so commission pay has gone down over the years. Basically, instead of being paid more over time I’m being paid less. There is a hard ceiling and it comes down to even the most petty of things like whether or not I deserve a $20 gift card for my performance. Pushpay needs to learn to pay their employees fairly instead of pinching pennies.
