Don’t recommend - Anonymous employee Pushpay Employee Review

- Several rounds of layoffs and I wouldn’t be surprised if more happen - Pay is location based (though no supporting data on the salary given will be provided upon request) which can result in a person getting payed significantly less than peers - Lack of confidence within leadership of the owners - High volume of managers and above leaving the company over the last year - Lack of celebration and acknowledgement of successes within the department. Peers have been trying to give these to each other - Bias was heavily felt by department leaders - Lack of empathy from department leadership (outside of managers) - Ownership seems more focused on their profit margin looking good than caring for the employees and customers - No career advancement opportunities (most people have been in the same roles for years)
