Pros
The people at this company were some of the best I've ever encountered. They truly put their values into action, especially the people-focused value. While I was unfortunately part of a reduction in force, I will be forever grateful for the 3.5 years I was at Pushpay. I was given stretch assignments that allowed me to grow tactically and strategically as a professional. My manager was equitable and kind, and she strived to make sure I was resourced. The employee resources groups were legitimately sponsored and supported by executive leadership, fostering an inclusive workplace. If you have the opportunity to work at Pushpay, you should take it!
Cons
The only con I can think of is the size of the company. There is not much room for upward mobility, but I knew that going into my role there.
