Pros

This company is great for anyone first learning about Applied Behavior Analysis. They teach you the basic fundamentals of ABA. They provide 4 days of training for BTs who are joining or starting a new case. The ability to work in the clinic was the most enjoyable part because it allows you to see a variety of clients on a daily basis.

Cons

However, management is not open to changing their procedures that could be beneficial to their clients. Also they will tell you how to do something one way and months later tell you thats not the correct way of doing the task. Even though there are different departments, everything still needs to get approved by one person, so there may be delays in task completion. Also the schedules of the senior therapist and program managers fluctuates often, so you are always getting new people on the team. You will most likely be working until 7/730 PM on a regular basis and the billable requirement is EXTREMELY high.

Pros

Pyles and Associates is an amazing place to work at whether you are at the entry level position or in senior position. Pyles and Associates has a lot of mentorship opportunities for both the mentor and the person being mentored. Pyles and Associates pays very well. The staff is friendly and the company focuses on a drama-free work environment. The Clinical Directors are accessible and have an open door policy. There is a lot of opportunities for upward mobility. The Clinical Director from the children's division is very caring and is constantly looking at ways to make her employees happy. I love that we follow best practices and we are consistently looking at the science of ABA to provide the best possible treatment to our clients.

Cons

The kids can get aggressive but we are very well trained to deal with those situations.
