Pyles and Associates has a lot of mentorship opportunities for both the mentor and the person being mentored. Pyles and Associates pays very well. The staff is friendly and the company focuses on a drama-free work environment. The Clinical Directors are accessible and have an open door policy. There is a lot of opportunities for upward mobility. The Clinical Director from the children's division is very caring and is constantly looking at ways to make her employees happy. I love that we follow best practices and we are consistently looking at the science of ABA to provide the best possible treatment to our clients.

The kids can get aggressive but we are very well trained to deal with those situations.
