Occasionally a client puts a position on hold or delays based on their business need. This information is shared with the candidate, as we have a very open and transparent communications plan. The information you provided on the on-boarding is being shared with that team's leadership as it is not representative of our process. Although we strive to exceed consultant expectations, at times there may be other factors at play and we work to correct those. We hope that during your tenure, you brought these issues up to your CCA or HR Manager, as they could have addressed quickly.
