8yAs a member of the Q-Centrix leadership team, I am personally committed to creating a fulfilling and collaborative work environment for all our team members. I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t experienced that commitment during your time with Q-Centrix. I’m also sorry to hear that you didn’t take advantage of the many vehicles we’ve created for team feedback so that we can discuss and solve issues before they negatively impact our team—our Q&A box, Yammer, Town Halls and even our direct contact information. As a leadership team, we frequently communicate our contact information and our availability to discuss and problem-solve any team member’s concerns.
With that said, I know there can be IT delays, but an 8-month wait is very uncommon and alarming. I apologize that you didn’t receive more consistent updates about your assignment. I have already reached out to gain a better understanding of what has happened here.
