      Normal growing pains for a rapidly scaling company but very exciting to be on the ground floor of establishing our best practices.

      Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

      Cons

      Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
