While it's not a benefit in the classic sense – as say our healthcare package – it's a perk we feel shows the true colors of our culture and team. This is something we’re focusing on in multiple ways, including deliberately creating cross-functional project teams that are conducive to open communication. We have made serious strides in engaging all departments in our quarterly newsletter updates.
