Thanks for the comments! We really appreciate hearing what folks think of the benefits. And we're glad you mentioned the opportunity for growth within. While it's not a benefit in the classic sense – as say our healthcare package – it's a perk we feel shows the true colors of our culture and team. We try to put as many opportunities as possible out there for those looking to advance and who are ready to make a go at it. Also, thanks for the communications comment. This is something we’re focusing on in multiple ways, including deliberately creating cross-functional project teams that are conducive to open communication. We have made serious strides in engaging all departments in our quarterly newsletter updates. And we work to provide as may opportunities as possible for folks to connect and get to know one another -- be it through Yammer, video conferencing capabilities, or company events. We know how crucial all this is to coming up with new ideas and ways of doing what we do better, so I invite you to reach out to me directly at the email below with any specific thoughts or ideas you have. All the best, Kelly True, Senior Manager, Human Resources hr@q-centrix.com

Pros

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
