It was a good run, but I felt isolated at home - Clinical Data Specialist Q-Centrix Employee Review

Pros

You get to work from home and eventually you get to set your own schedule. The benefits are great and the atmosphere is great.

Cons

The training does not start right away. I think the training should start immediately and the employees should be taught everything from day one. Lots of emails, and lots of meetings.

Thank you for taking the time to share your insights here. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed our company culture, benefits, and flexibility during your time at Q-Centrix. We understand that working from home isn’t for everyone. And while we wish it wasn’t too late to change it for you, we are focused on supporting team members in forming meaningful social connections no matter where they work and live. Of course, we’re wide open to any additional recommendations on what else we can be doing to make the experience even better should anything else come to mind. In the meantime, I’ll pass the rest of your feedback on to our team for consideration. Thanks again for sharing —we wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Best, Eve Hersh Sr. Director, People Experience eve.hersh@q-centrix.com

Pros

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
