Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about your experience at Q-Centrix. We highly value feedback from current and former team members as it provides us with the insights to continuously improve. I'm pleased to hear that you found value in the flexibility of assignments and our remote work environment. Providing our team with a supportive and flexible work environment is a priority for us. However, we take your concerns about compensation seriously—as we know pay is critical to our team members’ lives and their work experiences. Hopefully, I can provide some clarity here to ensure a clearer understanding of our model. Our compensation structure is carefully designed to be both performance-based and data-driven, ensuring that team members are compensated fairly and competitively for their work. We believe in rewarding accuracy and efficiency while maintaining an equitable pay scale. To achieve this, we conduct comprehensive reviews of the standard minutes for each case type, and we benchmark our target pay rates against industry standards to ensure competitiveness and attract and retain top talent. I hope this helps offer some clarity. That said, if you have any specific questions or concerns about your experience, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly. We wish you the best in your future endeavors. Sincerely, Eve ehersh@q-centrix.com

Pros

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
