Pros

If you like large companies and a lot of meetings, you may enjoy it here. They are well established with a large hospital based customer base. Adhere to scrum/agile processes with a good scrum master.

Cons

Be careful with job expectations if you are offered a "lead" role. You'll end up dealing with a lot of mundane tasks that could be easily automated. Higher-ups are slow to make changes to their processes and there's a lot of red tape to make progress. You won't have the autonomy they tell you you'll have but you will be expected to do a lot of people management. The tech leadership feels like a club which you will not easily become a member of. Probably better to start in a lower dev position and work your way up over time rather so you can earn your place into the club.

Pros

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
