Imposed superficial culture No promotions from within Frequent re-orgs that achieve nothing Incompetent Implementation department management that is unwilling to consider team members' feedback No real appreciation of hard work. Just a lot of talk and t-shirts, but I believe even those are no more. Over-complicated processes No sense of the true situation with management and company. Annual "All-hands" meetings have a lot of "ra-ra", but new senior management is constantly on-boarded, while established managers are swept aside. (A new President was recently hired to work side by side with the former President but current CEO... :/ hmm...) Seasoned contributors in the Implementation department are frequently replaced with new hires. High attrition/turnover Mediocre (at best) benefits No matching for 401k or plans to do it in the future
