Pros

Mostly good coworkers there are generally opportunities to change jobs if you are qualified usually good work from home allowances (6 days a month) communicative senior executives

Cons

no job trainings or materials no process documentations people generally wont have time to help you ramp up so there is a heavy need for you to self-train certain products or processes have been abandoned and no team wants to take ownership as they are already over-encumbered no good communication with customers on major changes that will effect them, leave it up to support or project team

Pros

The people here are amazing. Q2 has been an incredible place to work. From day one, I felt welcomed by a team that genuinely cares about helping one another succeed. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and centered around doing what’s right for both employees and customers. Leadership communicates a clear vision, and there’s a strong sense of purpose in helping financial institutions better serve their communities. The company also provides excellent opportunities for learning and professional growth. Hard work is recognized, managers are invested in employee development, and there’s an emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The benefits are competitive, and Q2 continues to invest in its people and technology. Overall, it’s a company where you can build a meaningful career while working with genuinely great people.

Cons

None right now to mention.

Pros

I love working at Q2. My personal experience has been very positive. I've had the privilege of being on multiple teams in various departments during my time here and I have had excellent experiences with my managers, leadership, and coworkers.

Cons

The return to office policy is very rigid. I would like to see them adopt a "commute time" policy rather than miles. 50 miles is not equal drive time in Austin vs somewhere like Nebraska. We've lost many excellent coworkers due to this policy. All that institutional knowledge, right out the door in favor of sticking to company policy.
