Cons
You'll be overworked, underpaid, forced to deal with toxic and borderline mentally-ill leadership with the worst double-think rhetoric. People at Q2 work hard, not smart and management is so distracted by trying to make their numbers look outstanding that they block any true progress. Everyone is drowning and you'll get pulled under if you're not constantly fighting to stay above water. The turnover rate is unbelievable and the disgustingly fake diversity "initiatives" do more harm than good. Do not take a job here unless you are going to miss bills, and if you do, enter with an exit strategy. Benefits are a joke and with "your PTO" in place, management is given even more flexibility to deny you vacation. New hires are encouraged to leave next door reviews almost immediately. Intense yes-man environment.
