Pros
I got paid some money.
Cons
I saw a review that says “change brings opportunity to those who embrace it.” This equates to “sit down and shut up” at Q2, especially if you’re an intelligent, hard working woman with many, many years of this squirrelly software under your belt. The numbers of opportunities these folks have murdered, internally, is absurd. You can’t just hire hot-shot dummies from Seattle and think it’s OK, with this software. They fire managers on a whim, ruining your whole 3-year plan for that move, over and over and over again. They hire management from out of state with no regard for the teams they are affecting. Those “managers” obviously don’t work out, and they just rinse and repeat. Multiple employee teams, together, taking about urgent and necessary changes, got eliminated one by one. Management is not really a thing that is handled properly here. Part of the definition of management is providing your employees with the tools and resources that they need to do their job efficiently - I’ve experienced this exactly twice at Q2 and both of those stellar managers were promptly fired. Whomever is in charge (9 layers now) is doing it wrong.
