- extremely competent and friendly co-workers - fun company atmosphere - leadership with an open door policy - interesting and unique opportunities to expand your horizons - a supportive team that is always willing to lend a hand

Cons

- the work-life balance may be difficult to manage at times, there are very high expectations to perform, but fortunately the people in leadership positions inspire their team to work hard -the company itself is growing very rapidly, so there are always new tasks and challenges to tackle, which could make it difficult to find a rhythm at work

Pros

Great Company! The work here at Q6 Cyber is definitely challenging but always has its rewards. The company environment is amazing, I truly have some of the best coworkers I could ever ask for. They are always willing to help me learn and grow. In general, you can tell the people who work here really love what they do, which is always a nice attitude to be around.

Cons

The company grows very rapidly, which sounds great, but it can definitely be overwhelming at times. Managers have high standards for recruiting, so there can sometimes be gaps where there should be another employee, but there is not.
