Pros

As a fresher you will get to learn

Cons

-You have to spend 40Hrs even if you don’t have work -No respect if you are non-billable -Management, specially one person disrespect employees. -Dictatorship type environment -You cannot leave company on good terms. They will disrespect you if you are resign. Doesn’t matter how good your terms were -If you are non-billable it’s your responsibility to find the project (WTF) -Bad lunch -3Months notice period.
