I bet you won't find any testing jobs better than this. 1) Best hike around 40percent. 2) Good environment 3) Easy reach to higher management you can find them walking by your side 4) Sometimes bonus is also their 5) Foreign Opportunities.

Cons

No cons as such that I find. But it is a pure testing company so join only if you want to do testing.
