No interaction between you and your seniors.

Cons

Do not opt for onsite opportunities if they ask you. It is just a play to send you off to any client site and then forget you exist. Your friends and colleagues will always get better increments and promotions than you. They will you feel like stupid when you ask for reasons of bad increments every single year. Also they are in a phase of transition to QUALITEST, god knows what they are up to now.
