The level of leadership attrition, both forced and voluntary, is simply astounding! It always follows the same pattern: every 2-3 years some "big name" (read: over-the-hill white guy who was unceremoniously cast off by their last company) comes in, cleans house, changes everything and then is either fired or finds a better opportunity before the changes can even hit the bottom line. This has led to years of underperformance in North America and an office culture that doesn't even try to win. If you're out of options, by all means, work at QBE. But if you have other options, run in the opposite direction.
