Pros

- benefits and salary are superb. - leaves are outstanding 20 VL and 5 SL and 5 carry over - no encashment but it's okay - hybrid setup and cool colleagues - no doubt with the other teammates

Cons

- if you're working directly on GSOC or security team it is worst. - the management specifically UK or EMEA are so dumb they are thinking they have skills on workforce management to forcecast and enforce no weekend RD, lmao. - and also, your supervisor in GSOC is a so-called sup, that can't defend his own members. GLHF.
