      Some of the overhead positions actually care and try to help

      Qed Benefits are mediocre at best, 2 weeks time off and one week sick leave which doesn't roll over. The leadership is abrasive and unresponsive The company is understaffed. Minimal Effort put into retaining personnel

      QED Systems, LLC offers a very competitive benefits program and pays for the majority of Medical and Dental costs for all employees requiring coverage. The standard Paid Time Off (PTO) includes two (2) weeks vacation (80 hours) and two (2) weeks (80 hours) of sick time per year. Sick time accrues up to a max of 160 hours.       Pros

      Good pay and a lot of contracts, so lots of job opportunities within the company. My PM is very responsive and has stood up for me in two separate situations when I needed someone to have my back.
