Pros
The compensation is consummate with experience and the area with bonuses available. The Partners listen to the concern of the employees and will do what they can to make things better. The benefits package is good and includes several perks. Because the company is small, they cut through the red-tape and attempt to make sure things are done quickly, such as reimbursements for travel. Every employee is noticed, no one is just a number.
Cons
As a small company business is extremely competitive, many employees where several hats and centralized management of assets, software and other administrative items does not exist (at least for now). Career growth is sometimes tied to bringing in new business, but this is mostly due to the fact that currently the company is a Government contractor.
