Where to start: since Chad left, the company has turned into a 2016 DEI, playground. The pay sucks, the stress levels are at 11, and aupport is nonexistent. Instead of building data centers, its more like a playground for the last of the DEI hires. Management is a joke, access to contract documents takes a binding UN resolution to get approval, working conditions on the site are similar to being a subcontractor (5 of us are crammed into a si gle wide, shared with 4 other contractors. Meetings are too many, we are micrmicromanage, to mention all the meetings are erratic and unstructured.
