2yQTS has certainly changed a great deal since our acquisition by Blackstone, due to simultaneous shifts in our industry as well as our new-found ability to meet customer demand. This has resulted in all areas of our business (Enterprise, Federal and Hyperscale) exceeding expectations. We do our best to communicate to every employee that to work at QTS—especially during this season of unprecedented growth—means being nimble, because serving our customers at the level that makes us unique requires continuous flexibility in our processes and operations. We know that this can be challenging at times, but our people, and our culture of servant leadership, are also high priorities. I hope we've communicated well internally that, due to the company's success, QTS was able to offer its highest merit increases for performance year 2022 and we have had more internal promotions in the past 12 months than at any other time in our history. Of course, we want to foster positivity in the workplace! We also want to hear our employees' feedback. We especially appreciate any that's constructive and solutions oriented.
