Pros
Excellent facility. Some workers who really care. Excellent opportunity to work with new technology.
Cons
Upper management, by their own admission, are really real estate gurus. They purchase under-performing properties, fix them up, and make datacenters. It's a great idea. The problem is, on a technical level, they are completely inept. I think they're good people and do care, but they just don't know how. The employment door is revolving. Good people get hired, have a honeymoon period, then leave. The benefits are more like a startup than a real tech company. The health plan is an HSA... not good for older people or folks with families. Low 401K match. There is an odd fanaticism at work here. If you're in the "inner circle" you're totally set no matter how much you stink at your job.
