      Pros

      QTS seems too good to be true at times. The culture is so incredibly collaborative. People genuinely want others to succeed. I've never been in a company with such strong and consistent executive leadership. The pace is probably not for everyone, but for those who love a challenge and a lofty mission, this place is amazing.

      Cons

      Biggest con is how spread out everyone is. Many locations means more travel.

      Thank you for your feedback! As QTS grows both internationally and in the USA, maintaining an outstanding culture is a top priority. Although some departments travel more than others, we strive to uphold a seamless culture with many avenues for open communication & team-building activities.

      Pros

      The company has continued to find new ways to increase retention. Have a great team and feel supported by management. Just added a new equity program along with already existing stock purchase program.

      Cons

      Limited amount of work from home days allocated per employee. No car bonus or reimbursement for tolls on commute to work.

      Pros

      The company's benefits are generous and it shows they invest in their employees. The culture is very positive, with a very team-oriented goal, but with an ownership mindset.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be tough. The company growth is so rapid, there's a high volume of work.
